- By participating in the Campaign, participants acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of their personal data by Lamb Weston and the Agency for purposes relating to the administration and fulfilment of the Campaign, including participant registration, verification of eligibility and proof of purchase, voting administration, Lucky Draw selection, winner notification, prize verification and fulfilment, and the prevention or investigation of fraudulent or invalid entries.
- Personal data collected may include, but is not limited to, the participant’s name, email address, contact details, identification details (where required for winner verification or prize collection), information contained in submitted receipts or proof of purchase, and any other information provided by the participant in connection with the Campaign.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that all personal data and information submitted in connection with the Campaign are complete, accurate and up to date. Lamb Weston and the Agency shall not be responsible for any inability to contact a participant, verify an entry or fulfil a prize arising from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information provided by the participant.
- Personal data collected in connection with the Campaign will be handled in accordance with applicable Malaysian data protection laws and will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in these Terms & Conditions, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
- Lamb Weston and the Agency may disclose participants’ personal data to their authorised employees, service providers, contractors or other parties involved in the administration and fulfilment of the Campaign, where reasonably necessary for the purposes set out above.
- By participating in the Campaign, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood the provisions of this Personal Data & Privacy section and consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes described above.
