ELIGIBILITY
Who is eligible to participate?
The Campaign is open to eligible foodservice businesses operating in Malaysia.
Can individual chefs or employees enter?
Entries must be submitted on behalf of a foodservice business. Individual chefs or employees cannot participate independently.
Do I need to be an existing Lamb Weston customer?
You must purchase an eligible Lamb Weston product from an appointed distributor during the qualifying period.
Can one foodservice business submit more than one entry?
Yes. Each foodservice business may submit up to three different dishes.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
How do I enter the Campaign?
Purchase an eligible Lamb Weston product, create your loaded fries dish and submit your entry through the campaign website.
Which Lamb Weston products qualify?
Any product from the Lamb Weston® coated fries range, including Lamb Weston® Stealth Fries™, Lamb Weston® Seasoned, Lamb Weston® Crispy on Delivery™, Lamb Weston® Colossal Crisp™, and Lamb Weston® REALLY Crunchy™, purchased from an approved Malaysian distributor listed in the submission form.
Where can I purchase the qualifying products?
Qualifying products can be purchased from Lamb Weston’s appointed distributors in Malaysia. Drop us a DM on IG should you need a contact.
What proof of purchase is accepted?
A valid invoice or receipt showing the qualifying purchase, purchase date and distributor details.
What information and images must I submit?
You will need to provide your business and contact details, proof of purchase, dish information and a clear photo of your loaded fries.
Can I edit my submission after it has been submitted?
No. Please check your information carefully before submitting.
CAMPAIGN TIMELINE
When does the submission period open and close?
Submissions are open from 17 September to 22 October 2026.
When will public voting begin and end?
Public voting runs from 23 October to 31 December 2026.
When will the winners be announced?
The Top 3 winners and Lucky Draw winners will be announced by 7 January 2027.
VOTING & WINNER SELECTION
How can customers vote for my dish?
Customers can find your entry on the campaign website and submit their vote online.
Can I vote for my own entry?
No. Self-voting is not permitted and may result in disqualification.
How are the winners determined?
The three eligible entries with the highest number of valid votes will be named the winners.
What happens if suspicious or fraudulent votes are detected?
Invalid or fraudulent votes may be removed, and the affected entry may be disqualified.
WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE FULFILMENT
How will winners be contacted?
Winners will be notified through the email address provided during submission by lambweston@themeatmen.sg.
Where will the winners be announced?
Winners will be announced on Lamb Weston’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
How and when will prizes be delivered or collected?
Prize fulfilment arrangements will be shared directly with each verified winner.
What happens if a winner cannot be contacted?
Winners must respond within 48 hours of receiving the notification. Otherwise, the next eligible participant will be selected for a Top 3 prize, while a new Lucky Draw winner will be randomly drawn.
TOP 3 WINNERS
What will the First Prize winner receive?
The First Prize winner will receive:
- 10 cases of Lamb Weston® fries per month for twelve (12) months, from January 2027 to December 2027, worth RM12,000
- A gift card valued at RM5,000
- A feature in Lamb Weston’s official winner announcement press release, including the winning operator’s name.
What will the Second Prize winner receive?
The Second Prize winner will receive:
- 10 cases of Lamb Weston® fries per month for twelve (12) months, from January 2027 to December 2027, worth RM12,000
- A gift card valued at RM3,000
- A feature in Lamb Weston’s official winner announcement press release, including the winning operator’s name.
What will the Third Prize winner receive?
The Third Prize winner will receive:
- 10 cases of Lamb Weston® fries per month for twelve (12) months, from January 2027 to December 2027, worth RM12,000
- A gift card valued at RM2,000
- A feature in Lamb Weston’s official winner announcement press release, including the winning operator’s name.
OPERATOR LUCKY DRAW
What are the Lucky Draw prizes?
Ten eligible operators will each win a gift card valued at RM30.
How are the Lucky Draw winners selected?
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible operator entries.
Can a Top 3 winner also win a Lucky Draw prize?
No. Top 3 winners are not eligible to receive a Lucky Draw prize.
When will the winners be announced?
The Top 3 winners and the Lucky Draw winners will be announced by 7 January 2027.

Why do I need to select my distributor and salesperson?
This helps Lamb Weston verify your purchase and recognise the distributor and salesperson supporting the most eligible sign-ups.
What if my distributor or salesperson is not listed?
